Authentic Leadership in the Marketplace

Too many of us get into a rut that we see work as a necessary evil to find our significance elsewhere in our hobbies, charity, family or possessions which our work pays for. Yet we spend 80,000 plus hours in our lives at work. Brad Smith provides perspective and simple ways we can all integrate our work with our life's purpose and faith.

Brad Smith serves as President of Bakke Graduate University of Ministry (BGU). Prior to joining BGU, he served in various roles with the Leadership Network, a private foundation focused on church health and innovation. Brad was part of the founding team of the Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary and was responsible for developing spiritual formation and leadership programs. Working with the Center for Non-Profit Management, he has consulted with non-profit agencies in Dallas. His experience also includes consultations with Fortune 100 companies and national Christian ministries in the area of team building and leadership development. He holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from BGU and a Master of Theology Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Date: This event was held on April 23, 2015 at Mr. Anthony's Banquet Center in Boardman, OH.
