Light in the Darkness

"Light in the Darkness" - A Christian Response to Societal Hostility with Dr. Ken Boa November 20, 2015 - Messiah College

What it means to be a Christian in the United States has been changing. Recent increased media stories of "attacks" against Christian businesses and Christian values can cause reactions of fear, confusion, and anger. How should we engage this culture while being salt and light? How should Christians follow Jesus during times like these? What does Kingdom living look like? What is the Good News that can be offered? Dr. Ken Boa addresses this topic in a free community lecture sponsored by C.S. Lewis Institute of Central PA.

Dr. Ken Boa is an author, speaker, and the President of Reflectons Ministries, an organization that seeks to encourage, teach, and equip people to know Christ, follow Him, become progressively conformed to His image, and reproduce His life in others. He holds a B.S. from Case Institute of Technology, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. from New York University, and a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in England.

Date: This event was held on November 20, 2015 at Messiah College in Grantham, PA.
