About Lee Strobel:

Lee Strobel, is an atheist-turned-Christian, and the former award-winning legal editor of The Chicago Tribune, is a New York Times best-selling author of more than twenty books and serves as Professor of Christian Thought at Houston Baptist University. Lee was educated at the University of Missouri (Bachelor of Journalism degree) and Yale Law School (Master of Studies in Law degree). He was a journalist for 14 years at The Chicago Tribune and other newspapers, winning Illinois' highest honor for public service journalism from United Press International. After investigating the evidence for Jesus, Lee became a Christian in 1981. He joined the staff of Willow Creek Community Church in 1987 and later became a teaching pastor, eventually moving on to write books and host the national network TV program Faith Under Fire. He has been interviewed on such national TV networks as ABC, Fox, PBS and CNN, and his articles have appeared in a variety of periodicals, including the online editions of the Wall Street Journal and Newsweek. He is a member of the Evangelical Philosophical Society. He has won Gold Medallions for The Case for Christ, The Case for Faith, and The Case for a Creator, all of which have been made into documentaries distributed by Lionsgate. Lee and Leslie, his wife of 40 years, have raised two children, and currently live in Colorado.

About Mark Mittelberg:

For the last decade, Mark Mittelberg has been Executive Director of Evangelism for the Willow Creek Association. Prior to that, Mark served for seven years as the Director of Evangelism at Willow Creek Community Church. Mark is the author of Building a Contagious Church; co-author with Bill Hybels of the best-seller Becoming a Contagious Christian; contributing editor of The Journey, a Bible for spiritual seekers; and primary author of the celebrated Becoming a Contagious Christian training course, which is now being taught in twenty languages around the world. Mark has been an international conference speaker and evangelism trainer for the last ten years. He frequently teaches and writes with his long-time ministry partner, Lee Strobel, and he serves as an editorial consultant for Lee’s new weekly national television show, Faith Under Fire. Mark has a Master’s Degree in Philosophy of Religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He’s a columnist for Outreach magazine and teaches often on Church Communication Network (CCN) satellite broadcasts to churches all over North America. Mark lives in Southern California with his wife, Heidi, and their two children.
