Why Give?
The vision and call of the C. S. Lewis Institute is to impact the culture for Jesus Christ through discipleship of heart and mind. Our work is to develop disciples who will articulate, defend, and live faith in Christ through personal and public life.
We accomplish these objectives through a C.S. Lewis Fellows program, conferences with world class speakers open to the public, monthly and quarterly publications, and a Pastors' Fellowship program.
Please consider joining us by providing financial support and prayers as we strive to bring glory to God by promoting spiritual growth in His people.

How Will Your Gift be Used?
Over nintey percent of our financial support comes from individual donors. Your gift will be used to further our work in four important areas of ministry:
- Fellows Program: As our principal program, since inception in 1998, we have trained 375 Year One Fellows and 200 Year Two Fellows. We have also started a Fellows program in Atlanta the fall of 2007. Our goal is to train 1,000 over the next ten years. The Fellows program nurtures theological and spiritual growth and is offered free of charge to qualified applicants.
- Conferences: Because we draw on world class speakers, C.S. Lewis Institute conferences are considered by many "the venue of choice for thoughtful believers" to be challenged and equipped to serve Christ. With additional funding we can do a wider range of advertising to increase the attendance, so as to multiply the impact of these teachings.
- Knowing & Doing: The Institute's 32-page teaching quarterly provides articles that nurture discipleship of heart and mind. Both Knowing & Doing and and its sister publication - Reflections - have earned high praise for content and practical focus. Our goal is to increase its distribution to strategic people and groups, including key decision-makers in political, business and church leadership.
- Pastors' Fellowship: This program provides pastors an opportunity to build relationship across denominational lines, to encourage one another and to pray for each other. It also provides resources for personal and professional growth. By helping area pastors, the Institute helps strengthen their effectiveness in their churches, benefiting untold thousands of believers.
Contributors to the Institute automatically receive Knowing & Doing, our quarterly publication for discipleship of heart and mind.
Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully. Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound in you, that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed...
2 Corinthians 9:6-8
