Founded in 1976 in the legacy of C. S. Lewis, the Institute endeavors to develop disciples who can articulate, defend, and live faith in Christ through personal and public living.

"If you take your stand on the ‘prevalent’ view, how long do you suppose it will prevail? . . . All you can say about my taste is that it is old fashioned; yours will soon be the same."
C.S. Lewis, Experiment in Criticism, (1961),
p. 105-106.

OUR PROGRAMS:

  • Fellows Program:

    Shaping Tomorrows Leaders Today

The Fellows Program is designed to foster greater spiritual depth and theological understanding in its participants and to resource and network them in ways that strengthen churches and support pastors. Each Fellow, desiring a deeper relationship with Christ, grows through the fellowship of other believers who are called to lead and to influence their world, and also through the wisdom and experience of godly mentors.

Application period is closed for the 2008-2009 program

    Fostering Discipleship

Knowing & Doing , our 28-page teaching quarterly, offers a wide variety of articles from nationally recognized leaders in discipleship, spirituality, theology, apologetics and cultural analysis.
