Recalibrating the Culture War: A Biblical Look at Engagement

How does Scripture help us bridge the tension of being the church in the world in light of the church’s mission? How do we extend a hand of invitation, while at the same time faithfully and respectfully representing the confrontation the gospel makes to every life and every culture? The division in our nation is great and the position of the church is most delicate as people view the church through either a very positive or negative lens. Is this position inevitable in the world? Together we will explore these themes from a biblical base with an eye to the contemporary culture.
