The C.S. Lewis Fellows Program in Atlanta is devoted to developing disciples who can articulate, defend, and live faith in Christ in public and personal life. The Fellows Program in Atlanta is an extension of the C.S. Lewis Institute Fellows Program in Washington D.C. which began in 1976 and stresses discipleship of mind and the heart. The Institute works in partnership with local churches to equip believers to impact the spheres of influence to which God has called them. This discipleship occurs through:

The C.S. Lewis Fellows Program, an intensive mentoring/discipleship program that focuses on theological and spiritual growth.

Knowing and Doing, a quarterly publication with challenging articles, interviews, and reviews designed to nurture discipleship.

Informal gatherings, where the important issues of the day can be explored from the perspective of biblical orthodoxy.
The ultimate goal of the Institute’s ministry is to help believers fulfill their purpose in life: “To glorify God and enjoy him forever,”
Bill Smith is the Director of the C.S. Lewis Institute—Atlanta. Bill is also the founder and president of On the Way Ministries, an equipping ministry devoted to renewing the mind, engaging the heart, and encouraging community. His desire to help men and women to know God in a deeper way and develop practical wisdom for every area of life. Bill teaches and leads discussions in a variety of contexts including churches, schools, businesses, conference/retreat centers, coffeehouses, bookstores, and homes. He distributes a monthly newsletter called On the Way. Topics of interest include: the life and writings of C.S. Lewis, worldview studies, and Christian spirituality. Bill lives in Duluth, Georgia, with his wife Lisa and two daughters Jessica and Jana.
