CSLI-Chicago presents

Praying for the City

with Rev. Stuart McAlpine

Pastors, life in the city is often marked by division, hardship, trials, and loss, and serving as the spiritual leader for the body of Christ carries with it the added burden of sharing in the struggles of the body of Christ. But there is hope! We have a mighty God to whom we can turn with our needs and for encouragement, and we don’t have to be alone in any of this.

Join us at Park Community Church as Stuart McAlpine, author of Just Asking: Restoring the Soul of Prayer, will unpack the dangers of a prayerless life and how it can lead to spiritual osteoporosis, and why a healthy prayer life is vital for pastors and for the city. (Attendees will received a free copy of Stuart’s book, Just Asking.)

This is a free event, but we ask that you register.
