Overview:

When the gospel of Jesus Christ begins to shape your life, you will:

• • break through a thousand quitting points,
  • have energy beyond yourself,
  • be filled with hope,
  • be infused with joy,
  • be compelled to sacrificially love others,
  • grow in discernment,
  • and bring glory to God.

It is what you were made for.

I wrote those words after walking with Jesus Christ for over sixty years and pastoring two churches for forty-six years, and I believe deep in my being they are true. Knowing and walking with Jesus Christ is the adventure of a lifetime!

If what I described is not your reality and you long for it to be, then I invite you to join me on a nine-week journey of participatory learning. We will explore together life-giving truths from the Scriptures that God has hammered into my psyche for over five decades from wise mentors, diligent study, and trials in the trenches of ministry.

Take the risk to join our adventure, remain faithful, and work hard because God is working in you. In the end you will walk away with new friends in Christ, be equipped with a solid foundation for joining God in his work in and through you and discover how to thrive along the way.

My prayer for all of us who take the journey together is the same one Paul prayed for the Ephesians:
“…I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breath and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:14-19
