Check-In Time:  Check-in between 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm on Sunday, June 17 at the Marion E. Wade Center of Wheaton College (late check-in will be available after 7:15 pm, but the first Conference activity begins at 7:30 pm)

Theme of the Conference:  Communicating the Gospel: C.S. Lewis Style
 
Plenary Speaker:  Dr. Jerry Root, Professor of Evangelism, Wheaton College; Director of Wheaton Evangelism Initiative, Billy Graham Center for Evangelism
 
Special Afternoon Tea Time Speakers:  Wheaton College faculty including Marjorie Lamp Mead and Wayne Martindale.
 
Workshop Topics:  A variety of C.S. Lewis themed workshops will be offered including some dealing with discipleship, apologetics and Lewis’s writings and life.
 
Workshop Speakers:  C.S. Lewis Institute staff
 
Pricing:   Early-bird (on or before March 1, 2018):  $549  
Regular (March 2, 2018 and after):  $625
 
Price includes All Conference Activities & Events, and Lunches and Dinners on June 18, 19 and 20 (Price does not include Lodging or Breakfasts)
            
Maximum Attendees:  100
 
Meeting Facility:  Conference meetings will take place at the Marion E. Wade Center including the Bakke Auditorium which is located across the street from Edman Chapel on the campus of Wheaton College.
 
Lunches and Dinners:  Provided by Wheaton College Dining Services and Bon Appetit Food Services.  Participants will eat lunches and dinners in the award winning dining hall of the Todd Beamer Student Center. (Recognized as the #1 College Campus Food in the country by Princeton Review in 2011 and one of the top 5 healthiest campus dining halls by The Daily Meal in 2014).

Dress for Conference:  Dress will be business casual or casual for conference events.  Due to the diversity of guests on campus, Wheaton College requires that sensitivity be exercised with regard to appropriate dress. It is their desire that all conference participants co-exist on campus without distraction or offense due to any other guest’s manner of dress or behavior. 
All clothing must be modest in appearance. Shoes and shirts are required in all meeting and dining facilities. Shorts and skirts should be a modest length. Sports bras must be covered by a waist-length shirt in the dining hall and in all meeting facilities other than those that are athletic.
 
Parking:  Parking is available free of charge to conference guests across the street from The Marion E. Wade Center at the Edman Chapel lot. 
 
Lodging:  Lodging is at the option of conference participants.  A list of hotels provided by Wheaton College is available at http://www.campustravel.com/university/wheaton/index.html (on the left of the web page, click on “Visiting Wheaton”, and then “Hotels”).
 
Free Time Suggested Activities:  Billy Graham Center Museum; Downtown Wheaton Coffee Shops; Tour of Wheaton Campus; Enjoy the Wade Center; “Inklings Discussion Groups”
 
Internet Access: Wireless internet access is available for free during conferences. Conference attendees may use personal laptops, tablets, and smartphones to connect to the College network system.  
 
Campus Restrictions: 
Animals are not allowed in any campus facility with the exception of assistance animals. 
Tobacco use is prohibited in all campus facilities. 
Alcohol, firearms, and non-prescription drugs are prohibited on campus.
