- Shipping information: name, organization, complete address

- Your request to receive periodic updates; e.g., upon individual request, we will send periodic communications related to specific fundraising appeals, prayer concerns, and newsletters.

CSLI uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate back to you, and to update you on ministry happenings. Credit card information is used only for donation or payment processing and is not retained for other purposes. This information is never published, shared, or stored on our servers. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we consider carefully each recommendation as to how we might improve communication.
Data Protection and Security
CSLI is committed to safeguarding your data. Our systems are restricted access, password protected, encrypted, and feature an audit trail along with a firewall, and anti-malware and anti-virus software. Online and credit card donations are processed by a trusted third party via a level-one PCI compliant system (the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry) using 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Regular PCI-certified audits of security are built-in to our online payments processing platform.
No sharing of personal information
CSLI will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We assure you that the identity of all our donors and transactions will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of CSLI and only to further the ministry activities and purposes of CSLI. We will not share your information with other parties unless required to do so by law.
Removing your name from our communications
It is not our desire to send unwanted communications to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our communications list. You can also unsubscribe from our email newsletters at any time.
