With the sharp rise in Anti-Semitic rhetoric and actions, now is the time to reflect on how to best respond as followers of Jesus Christ.

In this pre-recorded interview with Darrell Bock, Randy Newman, and Tom Tarrants we examine the history of Anti-Semitism beginning from the biblical period through today, the myths and false teachings used to promote Anti-Semitism, and current Anti-Semitic trends.  This will be followed with some suggested ways in which Christians can lovingly, thoughtfully, and truthfully respond to Anti-Semitism.

Dr. Darrell Bock

Darrell is the Executive Director of Cultural Engagement and Senior Research Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. Professor Bock is the author of over 40 books, including well-regarded commentaries on Luke and Acts and studies of the historical Jesus and the bestseller, Breaking the DaVinci Code. He is a graduate of the University of Texas (B.A.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.), and the University of Aberdeen (Ph.D.). He is a consulting editor for Christianity Today and serves on the boards of Wheaton College and Chosen People Ministries.

Dr. Randy Newman

Randy is the Senior Fellow for Apologetics and Evangelism at the C.S. Lewis Institute. He has taught at several evangelical seminaries. After serving for over 30 years with Campus Crusade for Christ, he established Connection Points, a ministry to help Christians engage people’s hearts the way Jesus did. He has written six books, including the bestseller, Questioning Evangelism, and Engaging with Jewish People: Understanding Their World, Sharing Good News. He earned his MDiv and PhD in Intercultural Studies from Trinity International University.

Dr. Tom Tarrants

Tom is President Emeritus of the C.S. Lewis Institute where he helped launch many of the Institute’s publications and the flagship C.S. Lewis Fellows Program which equips men and women to live wholeheartedly for Christ. Tom is an ordained minister and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. He spends his time writing, mentoring, and consulting. His amazing life story is told in the book, Consumed by Hate, Redeemed by Love. He holds a M.Div. as well as a D.Min. in Christian Spirituality.
