Discover the remarkable story of Christianity in East Africa through an unforgettable journey of faith, history, culture, and breathtaking natural beauty.
This unique experience will take you from the ancient coastal settlements engaged by early missionaries to the vibrant churches and ministries shaping the continent today. Along the way, you'll gain a deeper understanding of Kenya's rich history and culture, explore the influence of traditional African religions, Islam, and Arab trade, and see firsthand how God has been at work across generations.
Walk through a 12th-century Swahili town, visit the landing sites of early explorers, and set foot in the first church established in East Africa. You will learn about the modern missionary movement, the remarkable East African Revival, and the extraordinary growth of Christianity throughout the region.
One of the highlights of the journey will be spending time with the C.S. Lewis Institute's Nairobi branch. You'll worship alongside local believers, meet the first class of CSLI Nairobi Fellows, and explore how discipleship and apologetics are strengthening Christians in East Africa today.
Throughout the trip, daily devotionals and shared worship will help you see God's work through the eyes of the global Church, offering fresh encouragement for your own walk with Christ and a renewed vision of His kingdom around the world. Together we'll reflect on the impact of African Christian leaders throughout history, such as Augustine, Athanasius and many others, and we'll explore the tremendous influence of Africa on the global church today.

Pricing:
- Double Occupancy: $4,450 (per person | 2 people per room) for Land Tour
- Single Occupancy: $5,450 (1 person per room) for Land Tour
Note: Pricing includes accommodation, in-country travel, two meals per day, safari expenses, and all planned activities. Flights to Kenya are NOT included. Participants will need to arrange their own flights to and from Nairobi, Kenya. Also not included are personal items, special beverages, medical and travel insurance; fees due to delays, cancellations, emergencies, or any unforeseen expense outside of this program.
