Caroline Garrett completed the CSLI Fellow’s Programme in 2023, has been a mentor since June 2024 and joined the CSLI Board in September 2025. She is a member of, and serves in, Christian Fellowship Church in East Belfast. Caroline worked in Education as a Primary School Principal for 37 years and had the opportunity to work with the Education and Training Inspectorate as an Associate Assessor for three years. She volunteers, supporting primary aged children with reading and maths. She enjoys walking, reading, travelling and needlecraft as well as coffee and lunch catch-ups.
