Lailee McNair Bakhtiar, CSLI Fellow and Mentor, is the former producer and host of PBS TV affiliate’s KCSM-TV program Authors and Critics that was offered nationally on PBS. She is a graduate of the C.S. Lewis Fellows Program in Annapolis, MD. Her degrees include a B.A. University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC in French, M.A.T. Notre Dame de Namur, Belmont, CA in French. Lailee had begun a lifelong relationship with the vast landscape of the Zagros Mountains and its legendary tribes. Some of the Bakhtiar nomads from the region of Chahar Mahall Bakhtiari near ancient Susa and Persepolis were where Queen Esther lived. Lailee is the author of City Dock Poetry and Esther Entering You Destiny.
