Stuart Horner, is the City Director in Belfast and a lawyer by profession. A Fellow of the inaugural Belfast CSLI Fellows Programme in 2016, Stuart was the Programme Co-Ordinator from October 2017 and since October 2019 has carried out the role of City Director for CSLI Belfast, as well as running a small will writing and estate planning business. Stuart is married to Laura. They have 2 girls and live in Carrickfergus.
