Session 1: The Beautiful Life

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus explains what it looks like to live the Ten Commandments from the inside out. Rev. Harrison Mungai Macharia invites us on a journey of faith as we consider God’s rescue and God’s plan for His people.
Session 3: The Key to the Commandments
Living a good life is more than following rules, it is a way of being. In this session we explore issues of the heart and how God’s love is the key to the commandments. Rev. Moses Kimani helps us to examine our own hearts in this fascinating discussion.
Session 4: Putting God First in Your Life
When we’re in right relationship with God, everything else comes into its proper place. Apologist and ministry leader Aseka Taabu helps us reflect on what it means to honor God and put Him first in our lives.
Session 5: Keeping the Sabbath Holy
The Sabbath is a picture of God’s promised rest. Jesus is the One who enables us to enter God’s rest and experience a life of worship. Television Host and Influencer Nyawira Gachugi shares her experience of God’s Sabbath.
Session 6: Family Lessons for Life
In God’s plan, parents are to help children experience the love and care, protection, instruction, and discipline of their Heavenly Father. Family is at the heart of God’s design for His people. In this conversation with Rev. Moses Kimani we’ll learn about the privilege and responsibility of parenting and what it means to honor parents in the Lord – even if our experience with parents or guardians has been full of pain.
Session 7: Dealing with Anger
There is a lot of anger in the world today. What do we do with it? Professional mediator, counselor, and chaplain, Rev. Grace Bukachi helps to to reflect on the Sixth Commandment and how we can deal with our anger and treat others with dignity and love.
Session 8: Love, Lust, and Godly Relationships
God’s design and plan for marriage is beautiful and good. Together we’ll consider what the Bible teaches about sex, love, lust, and godly relationships. Best-selling author and marriage counselors, Rev. Ken and Ruth Aringo help us to explore the 7th Commandment.
Session 9: Honest Work and Honest Living
Learn how you can build your life on the solid foundation of God’s Word, speak truthfully to your neighbor, and do your Father’s will even at great cost. Evangelist and Mission Leader, Rev. Capt. Joel Soti challenges viewers to pursue the freedom and fruitfulness found in honest work and honest living in Jesus Christ.
Session 10: A Gospel View of the Commandments
Together we’ll explore the encounter between Jesus and the rich young ruler and discover the relationship between the gospel of Jesus and the Law of Moses. Rev. Canon Dr. Kwasi Amoafo helps us wrap up our series on Jesus and the Ten Commandments with this final message on A Gospel View of the Ten Commandments.
