John Mason was the first City Director of the Philadelphia CS Lewis Institute. He was not only our leader and mentor, but also our dear friend. John unexpectedly passed away on July 24, 2026.  John embodied the words of Romans 12:10 (NLT): “Love each other with genuine affection and take delight in honoring each other.” We are thankful for the legacy he leaves behind and for the example he set as a devoted disciple of Christ. We give thanks to God for John Mason and for the privilege of having known, learned from, and served alongside him. His life touched us deeply, and his influence will continue to inspire us for years to come.
