Series: Living a Life of Faith and Obedience

Do you trust God with all areas of your life? Do you trust Him with your career, family, finances and future? Are you willing to take steps of faith in obedience to what you believe God is calling you to do?

These are some of the questions involved with living a life of faith and obedience. Scripture reveals that everything belongs to the Lord, including our time, our talents and our treasure. Most disciples of Christ believe this in theory, but when it comes to being faithful stewards of God’s gifts, we often want to control how these gifts are distributed and used. True freedom and joy, however, comes we are able to relinquish control of our time, talent and treasure to the Lord. Dr. Mark Talbot of Wheaton College explores Hebrews 11 and guides the C.S. Lewis Fellows of Chicago into a deeper understanding of faith and obedience in every area of life.

This lecture was presented at the historic Moody Church on April 2, 2016.
