Nicholas Wolterstorff
Philosopher
Nicholas Wolterstorff is an American philosopher and theologian. After earning his B.A, in philosophy at Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 1953, he entered Harvard University, where he earned his M.A, and Ph.D. in philosophy.  He is currently Noah Porter Professor Emeritus Philosophical Theology at Yale University. A prolific writer with wide-ranging philosophical and theological interests, he has written books on aesthetics, epistemology, political philosophy, philosophy of religion, metaphysics, and philosophy of education. In Faith and Rationality, Wolterstorff, Alvin Plantinga, and William Alston developed and expanded upon a view of religious epistemology that has come to be known as Reformed epistemology. He also helped to establish the journal Faith and Philosophy and the Society of Christian Philosophers.

Klaus Bockmuehl, (1931 — 1989) was a Professor of Systematic Theology and Ethics at Regent College, Vancouver. After receiving his doctorate, Bockmuehl was ordained in 1961 and served as a pastor in a Reformed Church in Düren, Germany. He held various posts in Heidelberg and Schmieheim, and from 1965 to 1971 worked part-time as a lecturer at St. Chrischona seminary in Bettingen near Basel. From 1977 until his death in 1989, Bockmuehl was Professor of Theology and Ethics at Regent College in Vancouver, Canada.

Myron Augsburger is an American Mennonite pastor, professor, theologian, and author. He received both his Masters in Theology (1961) and his Doctorate in Theology (1964) from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia. Myron served as President of Eastern Mennonite College (now known as Eastern Mennonite University) for 15 years while continuing to teach at the college as a Professor of Theology. He is also the former President of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, where his tenure was characterized by a focus on promoting racial and ethnic diversity. Myron has written over 20 books and continues to serve in various positions of education and ministry.

Thomas Howard, a convert to Roman Catholicism, is Professor Emeritus of English at St. John's Seminary and previously an English professor who taught at Gordon College in Massachusetts. He is a highly acclaimed writer and scholar, noted for his studies of Inklings, C.S. Lewis and Charles Williams as well as books including Christ the Tiger (1967), Chance or the Dance? (1969), Hallowed be This House (1976), Evangelical is Not Enough (1984), If Your Mind Wanders at Mass (1995), On Being Catholic (1997), and Dove Descending (2006.) Howard earned his PhD from NYU where his dissertation was on C.S. Lewis’s friend, Charles Williams. A lifelong Lewis scholar, Howard visited Lewis at the Kilns in 1961.
