Grateful for Community, Growth, and Service

As I reflect on my 21/22 CSLI Fellows year there is so much I am truly thankful to God for, I share just three...   I am thankful to God for the ‘people’ whose sacrifice made it all possible. For Stuart his passion, dedication, and leadership, for the speakers from near and far preparing and delivering such excellent teaching, for all our mentors who walked diligently with the Fellows month by month, for our Saturday lecture discussion group leaders who gave up their Saturday mornings to journey with the Fellows and for the Fellows (especially my discussion group and triplet), what a privilege to share this year with such a special group of men and women loving God and seeking to grow in knowledge of Him, thank you for your example and your encouragement…   I am thankful to God for the ‘programme’ with its solid foundation in Scripture, so well-structured, building month on month using such a wealth of material, stretching our minds, not for head-knowledge but challenging us to have a heart-response, applying the Word and putting it into practice…   I am thankful to God for the ‘pathway to service’ as my CSLI 21/22 Fellows year finished and God opened opportunities for me to serve Him, and to be able to use all I have learnt and observed for His kingdom and glory…  Thank you, Lord.
