Richard Foster
TheologianRichard Foster is a Christian theologian and author. He is founder of Renovaré (a Christian nonprofit established in1988 to help people in becoming more like Jesus) and served as its president until 2008; he continues to serve in an advisory role. Foster has been a professor at Friends University and pastor of Evangelical Friends churches. He earned his Doctor of Pastoral Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary and received an honorary doctorate from Houghton College. He is possibly best known for his 1978 book Celebration of Discipline, which sold over one million copies. It was named by Christianity Today as one of the top ten books of the 20th century.
George Skramstad
PastorGeorge Skramstad, Pastor, worship leader, practitioner, composer, and clinician, George has built worship ministries within local churches and is the Producer of Renovaré Live! and the Producer/Performer of George Skramstad’s History of Worship. George and Pat, his wife, live in Wichita, Kansas, where he is Pastor of Music and Worship Arts at Central Community Church.
Dallas Willard
ProfessorDallas Willard, (1935 – 2013) was a Professor in the School of Philosophy at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles from 1965 to 2012. He was Director of the School of Philosophy from 1982-1985. He also taught at the University of Wisconsin (Madison, 1960-1965), and held visiting appointments at UCLA (1969) and the University of Colorado (1984). He received his Ph.D. in 1964 from Baylor University and the University of Wisconsin with a Major in Philosophy. Renovation of the Heart was published in May 2002, and received Christianity Today's 2003 Book Award in the category of Spirituality. The Divine Conspiracy was released in 1998 and selected Christianity Today's Book of the Year for 1999.
