The Radical Pursuit of Rest

Rest is something God ordained for us as people through the Sabbath, but we are often so consumed by the busyness of the time that we neglect our rest. In this video, Dr. John Koessler addresses the epic busyness and weariness of our time. He provides an insightful analysis that exposes the misconceptions about rest and offers practical approaches for truly refreshing mind, body and soul.
