Bill Hendricks
AuthorBill Hendricks is President of The Giftedness Center, a Dallas-based consulting firm helping individuals think through strategic life and career decisions. He is also the Executive Director for Christian Leadership at The Hendricks Center at Dallas Theological Seminary. Bill has authored or coauthored twenty-three books, including the foundational faith-and-work title, Your Work Matters to God; his popular primer on giftedness, The Person Called YOU: Why You're Here, Why You Matter & What You Should Do With Your Life; and most recently, Men of Influence: The Transformational Impact of Godly Mentors. He holds degrees from Harvard University, Boston University, and Dallas Theological Seminar, and is currently a doctoral student at Bakke Graduate University.

Colleen O’Malley, Consultant, has been a learning and talent development consultant for Deloitte Consulting LLP for the past 6 years. In that time, she has supported multiple agencies and staffs at varying levels throughout the Federal Government, largely in learning strategy, development, and delivery, and the change management associated with those efforts. Colleen completed the C.S. Lewis Fellows program Year One in 2013, then served as a mentor to the class of 2014. A lifelong Christian, Colleen credits the Lord and her parents with instilling in her a sense of and need for Jesus, as well as a desire to make Him known.

Thomas A. Tarrants

Thomas A. Tarrants is President Emeritus of the C.S. Lewis Institute. After serving twelve years as president and nine years as vice President, he retired from his position as Vice President for Ministry and Director, Washington Area Fellows Program, with CSLI in June 2019. He holds a Master's of Divinity Degree, as well as a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Christian Spirituality. Tom is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Church Alliance and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. He spends his time writing, mentoring, consulting and traveling. His life story is told in Consumed by Hate, Redeemed by Love, published by Thomas Nelson Publishers.

Rebecca DeYoung, Professor of Philosophy at Calvin College in Michigan, where she has taught since 1998. She received her MA and PhD from the University of Notre Dame and specializes in research about the seven deadly sins and spiritual formation. She speaks on moral and spiritual life, has authored several books including Glittering Vices, Aquinas’ Ethics and Vainglory.

Connally Gilliam, Speaker, has been serving around the world with the US Navigators, through her speaking, writing and mentoring, Connally addresses questions surrounding singleness, sexuality, gender, loss and race.  She is author of the best-selling book, Revelations of a Single Woman: loving the life I didn’t expect and co-author, with Paula Rinehart of And Yet, Undaunted:  Embraced by the Goodness of God in the Chaos of Life. Connally holds both a BA and MT in English from the University of Virginia and her MA in Theological Studies from Regent College (Vancouver, BC), where she also serves on the Board of Governors.

David B. Calhoun, (1937-2021) was Professor Emeritus of Church History at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri.  A minister of the Presbyterian Church in America, he has taught at Covenant College, Columbia Bible College (now Columbia International University), and Jamaica Bible College (where he was also principal).  Calhoun has served with Ministries in Action in the West Indies and in Europe and as dean of the Iona Centres for Theological Study.  He was a board member (and for some years president) of Presbyterian Mission International, a mission board that assists nationals who are Covenant Seminary graduates to return to their homelands for ministry.

Joseph A. Kohm, C.S. Lewis Institute Vice President for Development and City Director for Virginia Beach. Joe is an attorney and formerly worked as a Certified Major League Baseball Player Agent. He earned his Master’s in Management Science from the State University of New York at Oswego and both his J.D. and M.Div. from Regent University. Joe is the author of The Unknown Garden of Another’s Heart: The Surprising Friendship between C.S. Lewis and Arthur Greeves (Wipf and Stock, 2022.)
