Jackson Crum
Author
Jackson Crum, Author, and global leader. He served as teaching and lead pastor at Park Community Church in Chicago, Illinois for 15 years before moving oversees to join Park’s Global team. Alongside his wife, he will serve as the care team for Park’s global partners (missionaries). He is the author of Sought: The Shocking Goodness of a Seeking God (Christian Faith Publishing, 2019.)

Michael Cromartie, Commissioner, (1950 - 2017) served as Vice President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, where he directed both the Evangelicals in Civic Life and Faith Angle Forum programs. His area of expertise included issues at the cross-section of religion and politics. He was also an advisory editor of Christianity Today magazine, a senior advisor to the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life and a senior fellow with The Trinity Forum. Mr. Cromartie was a graduate of Covenant College in Georgia, and held an M.A. in Justice from The American University in Washington, D.C. On September 20, 2004, President George W. Bush appointed him to a six-year term on the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.

Founded in 1976 by Dr. James Houston and James R. Hiskey, the Institute provides leading teachers who address important issues of the day from the perspective of Biblical orthodoxy, while also providing discipleship for individuals in small groups.

Kerry A. Knott
Board Member CSLIKerry A. Knott, CSLI Board Member, formerly served as President (May 2010 – Jan 2015) of the C.S. Lewis Institute. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Marketing. He recently retired from his position as the chief of staff for Congressman Robert Aderholt (R-AL.) Prior to that, he ran Knott Strategies, LLC, a consulting service focused on public policy, faith and culture. Knott notably helped create “At The Table,” a new event series designed to bring influential people together across industries to address important cultural and policy issues. He is a co-author of the Aslan Academy Parents Guidebook: Helping Parents Disciple Their Children Pre-K Through Teen Years.

Stuart McAlpine

Stuart McAlpine is a teaching fellow at the C.S. Lewis Institute and the founding pastor of Christ our Shepherd Church located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. He speaks at churches and conferences around the world and lectures for the C.S. Lewis Institute Fellows Program. His most recent book is: Here’s Hoping: Recovering Hope for Heaven and Earth. Stuart has a great knowledge of and love for the works of C.S. Lewis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Theology from Cambridge University in Great Britain.
