Dorothy Sayers
Author
Dorothy Sayers, Author, (1893–1957) was an English crime writer and poet. She was also a student of classical and modern languages. In 1915, she became one of the first women to get a degree from Oxford. She completed her MA in 1920. She is best known for her mysteries, a series of novels and short stories set between the First and Second World Wars. During later years, Sayers turned to religious writing which included The Mind of the Maker and Creed or Chaos. She wrote many educational and religious essays including The Lost Tools of Learning. Sayer’s philosophy about her life she expressed in these words: "The only Christian work is good work, well done".

Charles Stanley, is Pastor Emeritus of First Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, after serving as senior pastor for 51 years. He obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1977, Stanley founded In Touch Ministries with the mission to lead people worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and to strengthen the local church. Jerry White, Author, Jerry White serves with The Navigators as President Emeritus and Chairman of the U.S. Board of Directors. Trained in the field of astronautics, he taught at the Air Force Academy and worked in various positions in the American space program. He earned his Ph.D. in Astronautics from Purdue University in 1970. He served 13 1/2 years active duty with the Air Force, 24 years in the reserves, and retired from the Air Force Reserves in 1997 as a Major General. Jerry has authored several books, including Honesty, Morality & Conscience and Dangers Men Face, Making Peace with Reality: Ordering Your Life In A Chaotic World and co-authored a nationally recognized textbook on astrodynamics.

Peter Toon, was an Anglican priest, theologian, and historian. He graduated from King's College, London, was ordained in the Church of England and earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Christ Church, Oxford. He served as parish priest and theology instructor in both England and America, and was in high demand as a visiting professor and guest lecturer at seminaries and universities around the world. In the last decade of his working life, he served as President and CEO of the Prayer Book Society of the USA. He published many essays and over thirty books, including God's Statesman: Life and Work of John Owen, Born Again: A Biblical and Theological Study of Regeneration and Neither Archaic nor Obsolete.

George Müller, Evangelist, 1805–1898 was a Christian evangelist and the director of the Ashley Down orphanage in Bristol, England. In the 1800's orphans had to beg for or steal food in order to survive. Müller began to pray about starting an orphan house. He dedicated his days to prayer for the needs of the orphans. During Müller's lifetime he gave away $700,000. He found seven acres at Ashley Down and over 21 years homes were built in which over 2,000 children would be cared for. In addition to caring for orphans George Müller also paid for the printing of Bibles and tracts. Müller gave away more than 250,000 Bibles and paid tuition for hundreds of children to go to school.
